Activities

Bald Mountain Camps offers a variety of 4 season activities. During the winter months both alpine and cross country skiing are avilable nearby on some of the best trails in New England. The Rangeley Lakes region is also home of some of the best snowmobile trail systems in Maine. You can snowmobile right up to our lodge and enjoy some of the finest food and hospitality in the area.

Summer includes canoeing and kayaking on lakes, area streams and rivers; boating; kayaking, water-skiing; and sailing. We have a clay tennis court and hiking and mountain biking trails are out our back door. There is also a playground for the little ones. Our sandy beach, the best in the region, provides a safe area for swimming and sunning.

An 18 hole public golf course is available nearby. Our lobby has cribbage and other board games when the weather doesn't cooperate.

For the sightseer and angler we have boats and motors available for rent. We also have water ski boats and equipment and personal watercraft (on nearby Rangeley Lake) for rent. Call or email us for current pricing and information.
