Housekeeping Cabins: $200 per night
Efficiency Cabin: $125 per night
Housekeeping Cabin Weekly: $950 /week
Efficiency Cabin weekly: $650 /week
4 person occupancy, $10 for each after

July, August
Housekeeping Cabin: $250 per night
Efficiency Cabin: $155 per night
Housekeeping Cabin Weekly: $1300 weekly
Efficiency Cabin Weekly: $900 weekly
4 person occupancy, $15 for each after

RENTAL POLICIES:
Deposit of 25% required at time of reservation.
$25.00 cancellation fee will be applied to reservations canceled 30 day before arrival.  No refunds on early
departures.  Rates are based on double occupancy, $15 will be charged for each additional guest.

Group and Wedding Package Rates Available

These rates are subject to 7% Maine State Meals & Lodging Tax. An 18% gratuity charge will be added to your bill. Prices are subject to change. Mention to us you saw our web page and you will receive a 10% discount on BMC clothing!
