Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations prior to 45 days of your stay will result in a charge of 25% of your deposit
- Cancellations within 45 days of your stay will result in a charge of 50% of your deposit
- Cancellations within 14 days of your stay are non-refundable
- Reservation Deposit is 25% of your stay

- Boat Rentals half days are 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-7:30pm
- No hourly rates
- You will be charged for the gas you use
- Late returns will be charged 1/2 day rental
